Stone of Twilight – Golden Lime Sour Ale

In 2017, we brewed four special sour beer with young Taiwanese artist XieChin. To us, sour beer is like ancient gem with countless possibilities and personalities – mysterious, furious, peaceful, introvert. Therefore, we decided to name each of these four sour beer after an ancient gemstone to connect us with our land and culture. Join us on this majestic journey of discovering the power of the sour.

“Stone of Twilight” represents the golden amber gemstone, the fossilized ancient tree resins going through million years of high pressure and temperature under the ground. In Chinese culture, abundant, cheerful, and hope are some of the properties attributed to the amber gemstone.

“Stone of Twilight” is a hazy, juicy, citrusy, and refreshing sour ale brewed with trunkful of locally-grown Golden Lime. This tasty juice bomb is also dangerous because of its 6.2% ABV, and who knows, you may see flying dinosaurs inside your bottle if you drink enough of it.
