Dashu” means “Great Heat,” is the hottest time of the year, and it also marks the official end of the summer. This complex yet highly drinkable IPA is a classic American Indian Pale Ale brewed with Columbus, Centennial, Citra hops, and jasmine flowers grown in Changhua, Taiwan.
Take a sip and your taste buds will be immersed in the bold flavors of grapefruit, pine, and mango, while jasmine flowers add another layer of elegant floral nose. Bye-bye summer, we surely will miss you.
