經歷了過年這幾天準備年菜、回應長輩們關心的疲憊、包給姪子們的紅包，覺得被疲勞轟炸的你們【酒精瑜珈體驗】將讓你身體獲得舒張、心靈得到解放🧘

讓瑜珈搭配精釀啤酒，讓酒精跟著血液流淌身心，微醺狀態中更能感受到身體內在流動，達到真正深層舒緩放鬆。

除此之外，瑜珈課程結束後，還可以體驗自己親手打的新鮮生啤！這天就讓我們跟著Iris老師透過酒精瑜珈一起犒賞平時辛勞的自己吧！

場館將提供瑜珈墊，若習慣自己的瑜珈墊可以自備喔！

學員請自行準備毛巾、水壺。

美國瑜珈聯盟及皮拉提斯墊上認證師資。擅長流動瑜珈、哈達瑜珈、阿斯坦家瑜珈等多樣化瑜珈類型。因為愛喝酒的緣故，也是酒精瑜珈愛好者。​
