Plum Ale


The "Spring Equinox" is the midway point in spring when day and night are of equal length. "The black bird arrives in the first season; thunder makes its sound in the second period; and lightning starts in the third period." It is said that the vernal equinox is divided into three periods. Swallows return from the north and south, then rain comes with thunder, and then the sun shines on the earth.

Beerhead’s “Equinox” beer has two protagonists: plum and malt. The wine is made from Taiwanese green plums produced in spring, and fermented wort with Champagne yeast. The two roles are mixed in equal parts. The "Spring Equinox" has a rich fruity aroma and the sweetness of plums. This is the sweet gift that the earth responds to on the way to spring.
