Mixed-Fermentation Sour Beer


Using wild strains and Belgian Saison yeast,
Brewing sour beer dominated by charming fruit acidity and spices,
Pair it with Taiwan's classic salted star fruit juice and add a moderate amount of oats to create a smooth wine body.
Then it is fermented in oak barrels, and the salty, sour elements are harmoniously blended.
