Imperial West India Cherry Sour Ale


"Bingzhu" uses Belgian Saison yeast and wild strains.
Paired with West Indian cherry juice and added domestic wheat,
Fermentation produces a sour beer with soft acidity and peach flavor.
And matured together with European oak at the end of fermentation.
Inspires the deep flavor of woody tones.
Drink it young to enjoy the fruity flavor, and age it for several years to enjoy the rounded fruity acidity.
