[Passenger] Sour Ale, a light-colored, high-alcohol sour beer,The beer head’s goal is to use the Nantou wine plum pulp after brewing the "Vernal Equinox", ferment it with wild yeast, and then mature it in French and American oak. It is the beer head's goal to achieve full recycling of brewing raw materials. It has a refreshing "Spring Equinox" plum flavor, a dry finish without sweetness, cleanness and obvious acidity. It is great to drink immediately and will become more round and delicious as it ages.
