"Hold the candle"Using Belgian Saison yeast and wild strains, paired with West Indian cherry juice, and adding domestic wheat, the fermentation produces a sour beer with a soft and sour peach flavor. It is matured with European oak at the end of the fermentation to stimulate the woody tone. Deep and delicious. Drink it young to enjoy the fruity flavor, and age it for several years to enjoy the rounded fruity acidity.
