In our new edition, we have taken brewing to the next level by infusing beer with Dong Ding Oolong Tea from Ten Ren Tea House in Lugu, Nantou. This addition combines the rich aroma of malt with the roasted flavors of Oolong tea, complemented by the unique fragrance of Belgian yeast. Fermented in the traditional bottle-conditioned method, this beer allows the essence of Taiwanese craft brewing and local tea leaves to harmonize into a new and pleasant palate.
