American Pale Lager

Description

The solar term "Sushu" is autumn, the harvest season. "Hei, stop, the heat has stopped here." It means that the heat of summer has ended here, but the weather in autumn is still very hot.

Under the hot sun that cannot be driven away, refreshing and fruity wine is the best way to cool down. "Chushu" is an American-style light-colored lager that is fermented and matured at low temperatures using Lager yeast. It has a crisp body full of tropical fruit aromas from hops. This year’s summer heat has come to an end.
